Post-completion of Bench Art

If you were wondering, yes, I'm not done with posting on bench art just yet.

At the end of the third day, an email came to thank the team and some others for staying back till nine in the night to clean up spilled paint(I went back at seven) and that there will be a photo shoot next Friday.

They explained that they would share the photos when ready, but it's been more than a month so I've kind of given up waiting for it to make a post.

So my friend made me do a photo shoot myself..

On the day of the photo shoot, I reached half an hour early and even alighted at the wrong stop and had to walk the distance of one train station to the other, but I was still early. And of course they made me go first.
I'm an awkward little turtle, so posing didn't come easy for me and there weren't a lot of suggestions seeing how I was the first one. I tried my best!

One thing about being there to see your work is that you can have the luxury of seeing how people appreciate it. People liking it enough to stop by and take a photo of your work couldn't make anyone prouder.

What's even better is my friends who stop by to take a photo with the bench and sending them to me.

Also, there are the articles published on the newspapers that my parents immediately cut out and laminated to hang up on the wall.

remember the personal one the interviewer came back for? It just got published and we didn't even know until my mother's colleague whom I've seen only about twice informed us.

Sorry, I had to do this..... The art of... perspective....
